A middle-aged advisor at the government office in Kaifeng who was keeping watch over the wounded Liu Mingyi. He was one of the few who knew about the connection between Liu Mingyi and Wei Lan. He informed Wei Lan that the arrowhead had been removed and bleeding stopped but fever persisted.
