A Central Plains official who served Miao Territory. He was imprisoned in a small courtyard for six years by newly appointed officials from the capital because he advocated for Miao autonomy. He was rescued by people under the Sovereign and escorted to the border between Miao Territory and Xiangzhou, where he encountered Xiao Xingcang's spies. He was brought back to the capital by Xiao Xingcang's people.
