One of the two thugs/robbers who attacked Chuan Jin at the night market. He was sent by Wang Yujiang to steal Chuan Jin's money. He is greedy but regretful of getting trapped at the police station with no benefits. He holds a grudge against both Wang Yujiang and his accomplice Hu San. His correct name is Zhao Guangfa, not Zhao Guanghua as Hu San mistakenly called him.
