A Chief/Commander in the Northwest who was desperately trying to save Wang Zhijun. He had begged Commander Li for Wang Zhijun and was anxious when Wang was critically injured. He ordered Shen Wangchun to be brought and later led a search for medicinal herbs in the storm.
