Also called Zhang Sishi, he is the superior of Meng Zhao at the Dali Temple and the son-in-law of Chancellor Hu. He made a mistake allowing a death row inmate to be swapped due to being unfamiliar with affairs and rushing. He was invited to Yan Wang's mansion along with Meng Zhao.
