An officer at the police station who serves under Chief Liao Zhengguo. He is aware of Liao's feelings for Jiang Qingqing and lets her speak to him privately. He buys meat buns from the state-run hotel and helps divide the mountain delicacies brought by Jiang Qingqing among the officers.
