The manager/leader of Qingshui Town. He clearly dislikes Xi Qingqing and sides with Xi Yuanyuan. He confronts Xi Qingqing about her pranks and later tries to undermine her by sending her to purify polluted beastmen, believing she cannot handle pollution without a beast core. He was forced to kneel by Xi Qingqing's mental power.
