Also known as Second Master Zhan or Second Uncle. He sent Long Er to assassinate Zhan Rong Xuan. He was responsible for the deaths of his elder brother and sister-in-law using a tampered car with explosives. He died when his own car exploded on the way to the airport, killed by his son Zhan Rongting using the same method he had used years earlier.
