A golden-haired young elf man who first encountered Talli and Deritz at the ruins. He shot arrows at them initially but stopped when he saw Talli's face, remarking on how similar she looked. He brought them to the elf settlement. Other elves mentioned that Yuriel was the one who first spotted Talli and thought she looked exactly like the goddess.
