Yun Nian'an's father, one of Yun's three sons. He is hardworking and wants to find employment at the docks, fearing refugees will take the jobs if they wait. He suggested selling cold tea after observing the busy tea stall. He is caring towards Yun Nian'an, giving her a boiled egg at breakfast. He could not read the menu but understood the prices somewhat.
