A world-renowned wandering chef who looked like Yukihira Soma. His name in Totsuki's records was Saiha Seiichiro, and he was from the same Elite Ten generation as Gin-sensei. He had dropped out before graduation and traveled the world incorporating his experiences into his cooking. He is the father of Yukihira Soma and recommended Soma to Totsuki despite initially thinking he lacked talent.
