Also known as the Foolish Old Man, a nearly ninety-year-old villager from north of the Taihang and Wangwu mountains in the story told by Zhu Xiaobiao. He proposes to level the two mountains with his family so the road can go straight through. His persistence moves the Heavenly Emperor to send giant gods' sons to carry the mountains away.
