Male antagonist, Yu Chunmiao's brother. He is greedy and shameless, attempting to steal the goods from Qi Chong and Yu Chunmiao's cart. He pretends to be poor, claiming he sells rice to buy meat for his wife, while blaming his sister for her success. He is cowardly and hypocritical, having done nothing when his wife beat Yu Chunmiao or his son threw mud at her. He is physically overpowered by Qi Chong, forced to kowtow over twenty times, leaving him bleeding and trembling. He represents the abusive family members from Yu Chunmiao's past.
