A Ministry of Justice secretary serving in the same department as Jiang Yueheng. He is curious about why Lord Jiang receives food deliveries from his estate. He delivers the lamb meal to Jiang Yueheng and later flees after realizing the folk significance of eating mutton on Winter Solstice.
