Also referred to as Little Dr. Deng, he is the brother of Deng Xiulan. He is a doctor who dislikes Qin Xinjie but prioritizes his sister's health during her hospital recovery. He arrives during the confrontation holding both Qin Daya and Qin Erya, and tackles Qin Xinjie to prevent him from hitting his sister.
