Also known as Old Master Ying, he is Ying Ruyue's grandfather. He is a retired doctor from a long line of imperial physicians. He is strict with Ying Ruyue regarding both academics and physical fitness. After retiring, he moved to Yushan Villa District. He maintains a habit of morning exercise and lives in a villa there.
