The Eighth Prince of the northern barbarians, also referred to as the Third Chief. He is cold and cruel, ordering the execution of one of the Second Chief's men. He is secretly working with the bandits, transporting weapons through a hidden cave passage. He is careful to keep his activities hidden from his Imperial Father and royal brothers.
