A villager who incited Gao Changfa and pushed Qi Yunzheng (Qi Chong's father) into leading people up the mountain, resulting in his death. He bears direct responsibility for Qi Yunzheng's death but escaped punishment due to lack of witnesses. He is cowardly and fearful when confronted by Qi Chong with the hunting knife.
