The second son of the Yang family and the acting head after Old Master Yang retired and his eldest brother died. He brought Dongdong to Qin Zhan at the train station in February 1965. He conveyed his brother-in-law's message that Qin Zhan should not get involved in family affairs and should do nothing, as his presence alone was already giving the Qin family a way out.
