Former high-ranking general and former director of the Pengcheng Public Security Bureau in the Special Economic Zone of Pengcheng. He held that position for thirty years, retiring only the year before last. He was the grandfather of Yang Hao'an and the patriarch of the Yang family. He served as a protective umbrella for Yang Hao'an and Deng Ling, enabling them to evade justice for ten years. He watched from the second-floor window as his grandson was taken away in handcuffs.
