Helan Xun's father, the ruler of Yanbei. He is aging and ill, with worsening health. He achieved great military feats for the Jin Dynasty and is concerned about driving out the Beidi tribes and seeing his youngest son married. He orders Helan Xun to withdraw surveillance on Qin Wang to avoid political trouble.
