A rebel leader who led troops into the capital when Da Ning fell. He intended to spare the last emperor Feng Changjin and grant him the title Prince of Anle, but Luo Songping beheaded the emperor against his orders. Xue Meng later took the throne and pardoned Luo Songping for his disobedience.
