Thick iron chains as thick as a man's arm bind him in place. His face is caked with grime with tangled hair, though traces of his former features remain. His eyes shine unnaturally brightly in the darkness, described as predatory and mocking. He is male and appears to have a significant history connected to both the You Pavilion and A-Li's grandmother.
