Also known as Master Xuanming or Mystic Enlightenment Taoist Master. He is the National Preceptor's junior fellow disciple. He deduced through celestial phenomena that the dynasty has a Heaven-ordained Blessed Maiden. He is highly sought after by the nobility of Tianning City and responds to Dou Mingyan's calls.
