A fisherman originally from Hainan County under Pingzhou Prefecture. His family fished for generations until his mother fell seriously ill a month ago. He and his brother sold their house and farmland to pay for treatment and moved to the capital. He and his brother caught seafood to sell at Hengyun Dock but struggled to find buyers who disliked the fishy smell.
