He is authoritative and intimidating, using his killing intent and pressure directly against Yuan Li in an attempt to silence her. He is mockingly referred to as 'Xu Big Red' by the baby-faced man. He became the one in the wrong after Yuan Li fainted from his pressure, and Team 3 used this to their advantage. He ordered the arrest of all those involved in the group fight, recording everyone for group fighting. He has a Communication Device that he used to call for backup.
