Male, Xu Qianyu's biological father who is a monk/cultivator. He visited the Shui family for shelter three years ago (from the mortal realm's perspective). He saved Xu Qianyu's life but considers it a great kindness rather than feeling deep paternal bonds. He left all his magical tools behind but never gave away his own sword. Xu Qianyu feels little excitement about knowing he is her father.
