The chairman of Zhuóyuè Agency, referred to as Yà fù by Kāng nà (though not his biological father, but the Yà jūn of Kāng nà's father). He has been married to the Yà zhǔ for nearly a hundred years without offspring. He is described as fair and just, promoting those with strong abilities and kicking out those with poor abilities. He angrily dismisses Kāng nà from his director position after the Mǐyà incident and compares him unfavorably to Nán Xīng.
