Xing Nai Nai is Xing Jun's grandmother. She is the one who found a marriage partner for Xing Jun from a wealthy family and sent Lu Qing to the countryside to sabotage his relationship with Qi Aimei. She does not genuinely like Lu Qing but rather sees her as a tool to prevent Xing Jun from marrying someone he actually loves. She favors Xing Jun's eldest brother over him. Her actions drive much of the conflict in the story regarding Xing Jun's marriage.
