He is a late-stage Divine Treasure Realm expert. He wields a pair of bronze hooks reeking of blood, with sharp barbed ends and blood-draining grooves. He personally strikes at Xu Lingguang first during the chase. He is ultimately crushed and killed by Chenghuang's pressure inside Ailao Mountain.
