The Eldest Young Master of the Wu'an Marquisate, adopted as Xiao Zhi's posthumous son at age fourteen. He is married to Song Zhiyun. On the surface he appears refined and scholarly, but at his core he is worse than a beast. He abused Wan Tang and treated her as a plaything, eventually giving her to other men. He was drinking heavily the night of the incident and dragged Wan Tang into an artificial hill cave. When confronted by Xiao Zhi, he pretended to be drunk and claimed he was not interested in Wan Tang.
