An official from the Xiao clan, nephew of Grand Commandant Xiao and one of his favored men. He is notoriously arrogant and reckless with a bad reputation. He resents the Li family, especially Li Shan, for rising to elite status despite their street performer origins. He appears unannounced in Bingzhou and plans to personally invite General Li back to Luoyang.
