Female protagonist, also known as Xiao Qi. She is the head of Kyoto's black market and controls the entire underground world there. She was picked up by Liu Yueru at age three and raised as a child bride, forced to do all the dirty chores. She escaped at age twelve and has been sending money back monthly. She is highly skilled in combat, able to break free from hemp rope bindings, fight off multiple attackers, change a car tire, and seal her own acupoints to suppress drugs. She carries a twin-fish jade pendant engraved with her name. She returned to Jinxiang after hearing her foster mother was gravely ill, only to discover she was being sold by Liu Yueru.
