A member of the Xia family, husband or relative of Xia Fulang. He hosted Zheng Shanci for fishing at the estate pond, preparing fishing rods, bait, buckets, fresh fruit and pastries. He discussed road construction and medicinal herb farming with Zheng Shanci. He admitted his family's illegal activities including land encroachment and private salt smuggling.
