A middle-aged man and Wu Wei's third uncle who works for Liu Maocai. He accompanied Wu Wei to meet Liu Maocai and was scolded along with him. He does not know the full situation and smacked Wu Wei on the back of the head out of frustration. He did not listen to Wu Wei's warnings either.
