The eldest son of Old Lady Dong. He was a businessman who got swindled out of his money by a fraudulent Moon-lin Incense deal involving a colluding boat owner and merchant. His goods were ruined in heavy rains, forcing him to borrow from Li Si. Unable to bear his failures, he abandoned his family and threw himself into the river, dying by suicide.
