Viscount Whitney is one of the seven western viscounts who supported the formation of the Noble Court Alliance against Farra. Delam mentioned that Whitney, along with Ibara and himself, would move in to back up Viscount Fritz once the main army was assembled after the decisive battle at Wooster.
