She is cold, impatient, and imposing in manner. She enforces Article 16 of the Employee Handbook which states 'the customer is God'. She uses a white card printed with a clock pattern to deduct players' time by swiping it on their left arms. She deducted 12 hours from Shi Shu and 20 hours from Xu Xingyuan. Despite her harsh exterior, she showed a completely different amiable behavior toward Xu Xingyuan, smiling warmly and taking him to a luxurious reception room with snacks, tea, TV, and game consoles.
