Male supporting character, also known as Lord Wen or Grand Academician Wen. He is a Minister and one of Prince Qi's men. He personally comes to recruit Lin Qingyuan, treating him as a worthy nephew. He mediates between Lin Qingyuan and Kong Guang. Inwardly, he curses Lin Qingyuan for extorting the gambling dens. He advises Kong Guang not to pry into Lin Qingyuan's associations.
