Also known as Minister Wen, an official who grew up in a poor family. He was manipulated by the Second Prince who impersonated his childhood sweetheart (who had long died) through letters to control him. He became one of the Second Prince's most cruel officials, carrying out confiscation orders, exterminating families, and killing countless people over five or six years. He was emotionally deceived and later sent a concubine by the Second Prince for clandestine meetings, with the Prince even standing guard outside. Eventually he swore loyalty to the Emperor and was entrusted with the Zhou clan relocation.
