A spy from Country W who was born and raised in China. He served Country W since he was fifteen during the war years. He spent a few years in prison and was released around 1971. He worked as a lumberjack at Ruili Forest Farm and later at a publishing house. He provided equipment and weapons to Mr. Xiao's lab. He communicated with Country W through equipment and transported items through Xiangcheng.
