An old friend of Xu Huaping whose family was involved in import and export trade before moving to Hong Kong. His family controlled shipping routes at sea. He introduced Dr. Mu Liyan to the Xu family and was interested in obtaining Guan Yue's medicines for his wealthy client Officer Zhang who had heart problems.
