Also called Wei Chunsheng. Male enemy agent and father of Wei Guangming. Described as capable and resourceful, able to obtain anything valuable including controlled medications. He likely used the secret chamber in Huaihua Alley as a backup escape route before something happened to him. His hidden treasures were discovered and looted by Lu Qingqing.
