Male antagonist, also known as Boss Wei. He is a suspect in an attempted murder case. During the hostage crisis, he picks up a small apple-peeling knife and takes Aili hostage, threatening to kill her. He is bloodshot-eyed and tense. He sneers at Qin Wanyin and is ultimately knocked unconscious when Qin Wanyin throws a wine bottle at his head, suffering a large bump on his head.
