A Vietnamese-American mix who sees Jiang Xiaoman as his sister. His mother was a prostitute from the Lower City District who entrusted him to Jiang Xiaoman on her deathbed. He works undercover under Yi Jinglong with the goal of eliminating him, taking over his forces, avenging his mother, and rescuing Jiang Xiaoman.
