Formerly known as Wang Shizhu, the youngest son of Li Lanxiang and Wang Dashan. He has just turned fourteen and is about to begin formal schooling at Wenhua Hall. He is lively and eager to learn, excited about his new name which makes him feel like a scholar. He had previously only recognized a few characters here and there while living in the mountains.
