Deputy Officer of the escort camp, greedy and lecherous. He was previously the camp commander before losing the position to Liu Tao. He resents Liu Tao and has been abusing his power, beating prisoners and harassing women. He was kicked by Liu Tao after being confronted by Ye Siming.
