An old man from Wang Family Village, also known as Sixth Uncle. His granddaughter married into Qinghe Village. He was apparently one of the first people to learn about the cassava detoxification method from his granddaughter. He was caught digging up poisonous roots on East Mountain, likely to harvest cassava for himself before others in his village learned the method. He became nervous when questioned about it.
