A resident of unit 1602 in Building 9. He had no talent for fishing but attempted to catch fish in the floodwater inside the building. He used his wife's menstrual blood mixed into bait to attract more fish, ignoring Yang De's warnings. He was attacked and killed by piranhas when he pulled up his fishing net, with nearly a third of his face flesh torn away. His body was completely devoured.
