A middle-aged man, grandfather of Wang Zicheng. He was once an activist in Pingdu who falsely accused Xiang Huaixin to climb socially, but was later stripped of his status and demoted to Shaoguo Village. He regrets his actions after Xiang Huaixin's rehabilitation and return to Pingdu. He is known for his silver tongue and wants to return to Pingdu. He rushes to rescue his grandson from being beaten.
